There is an important special election taking place on September 12 to fill the vacant seat in the Mississippi House of Representatives created by Toby Barker's election as mayor of Hattiesburg. We are confident that Kathryn Rehner is an exceptionally qualified candidate with a passion for public service who will work diligently to improve public education, address our serious infrastructure problems, and advocate for a better, stronger Mississippi.
